Dinner

Day 1

Tuna Salad + 1 toast

1 Toast with cheese & Vegetables + any kind of fruit

Day 2

Fresh Salad + 1 cup of steamed rice

Day 3

boiled vegetables, grilled beef steak and 1 toast fresh salad with extra white cheese + 1 toast & 1 fruit

Day 4

Fresh Salad + 1 Toast & 2 hard boiled eggs 1 toast with honey + 1 fruit

Day 5

Fresh salad + Grilled chicken + 1 toast toast with white cheese and tomato, green pepper & 1 kind of fruit

Day 6

Vegetable soup with noodles Fresh salad with white cheese & 1 toast + 1 Fruit

Day7

Grilled Beef Steak+ Boiled Vegetables Yoghurt & cucumber salad + 1 toast & fruit

 

Note:  You Must Drink 1 liter of Water Per Day.

This is a combination diet, as you can eat as much quantity as you want (As for as it is NOT LIMITED, but you can not exchange anything there, you can only cancel items, but no replacement.
