For  Breakfast :  Cereal ( All Bran or Bran Flex ) with milk and honey
                               Or Skimmed Milk + 2 toasts with Labaneh

 

  Lunch

Dinner

Day 1

brown rice (or white) (use 1 spoon of vegetable oil) + 1 cup of yoghurt.

2toasts + labaneh of with any kind of fresh Vegetables

Day 2

 Tuna Salad, (Put Extra Lemon) +2 Toasts.

1 Apple and 1 Orange yoghurt.

Day 3

boiled vegetables sauté (with ½ spoon of butter) + Grilled steak. Fresh Salad + 1 Toast and 1 cheese + 21 fruits

Day 4

pasta with tomato sauce. 1 toast and white cheese ( unsalted) + 1 Apple+ milk skimmed

Day 5

fresh salad + boiled or grilled chicken (breast). 2 toasts with labaneh + milk.

Day 6

Fresh Salad+ 1 Toast and 2 Boiled eggs.

Lettuce Salad with white cheese and 1 orange.

Day7

FREE Lunch . 2 Fruits only

 

Note:  You Must Drink 1 liter of Water Per Day

This is a combination diet, as you can eat as much quantity as you want (As for as it is NOT LIMITED, but you can not exchange anything there, you can only cancel items, but no replacement.
